Before using our services, please carefully read our terms and conditions. By booking and participating in our tours, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Booking & Payment
- All bookings should be made in advance via our official website, WhatsApp, or email.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with full payment due before the tour begins.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash upon arrival, depending on the tour package.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour start time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24-48 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of the total amount.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
3. Tour Changes & Delays
- Bali Daily Trip reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We will inform customers as soon as possible and provide alternatives if necessary.
- Delays caused by traffic or external factors are beyond our control; we appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Travel Insurance & Liability
- Customers are advised to have personal travel insurance covering accidents, medical expenses, and loss of belongings.
- Bali Daily Trip is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the tour.
- All activities, including adventure tours, are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Participants must follow safety instructions from guides and activity providers.
- Any damage caused to property, vehicles, or equipment due to negligence will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Customers should inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions prior to the tour.
6. Children & Special Requests
- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Special requests such as vegetarian meals or private tours should be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes due to acts of nature, government regulations, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used only for communication and service purposes.
- We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by Indonesian law. Any disputes will be resolved through local legal channels.
